 All joking aside, my role is to help you celebrate the strengths of your story, ensure your world, characters, and timeline are consistent, and create a roadmap for editing your manuscript. I specialize in romance, romantasy, fantasy, YA, middle grade and historical fiction — genres where, if you’re writing a series, consistency really matters. 

My core services include manuscript reviews, style sheet and story bible creation (so you never accidentally give the protagonist's cat green eyes in chapter two and blue ones in chapter twenty), and proofreading.

I bring twenty years of professional writing and editing experience, ten years in creative writing workshops, a certificate in Professional Editing Standards from Queen's University, and specialized training in editing genre fiction.
